René Perrot (1912–1979) was a painter, draughtsman and author of 400 tapestry cartoons who shared his life with Grisette, a little owl roaming freely in his Parisian studio. The Plume design, born of the artist's collaboration with Inoui Editions, pays tribute to the nocturnal raptor with elegant sobriety.
